The last timeI was overwhelmed by something was after my grandfather died, the only time the only reaction I could have was crying. It was such a hit outta left field I didn't know how to react. I knew he was in the hospital for surgery, and the last thing I knew was that he was getting better and was going to be out soon, but...
Well, yeah.. I was asked by my mother/uncle to be a pallbearer for the funeral, but I had to refuse. He was one of the few people I had in my life to look towards as a father figure, and a lot of the things I learned about the how to act I picked up from him. Even at the viewing.. It's a date I'll never forget.
