Just a few suggestions. You didn't mention anywhere about maxing nimble body. I believe the skill is much more useful post bb and will actually help you out down the road if you get some %avoid. I recommend maxing nimble instead of putting points in double stab/triple stab/fb, I did just fine with 1 double stab. It is not hard at all to level to 30 with just 1 point in double stab, and once you get to 30 you will never use it again.
Also, IMO (as well as many others) maxing CoH is pretty useless because it gets outdamaged by Upper Stab (maybe not the case when its max coh vs max US, but it's not worth spending 30 points to just get a small damage increase). The only useful thing that comes out of it is iframes, in which case 1 point is enough. Also, you might want to consider pumping up MW somewhere in 4th job, I suggest sometime after or during when you max final cut. After final cut and thorns is maxed, I actually think maxing mirror target is the best way to go. DBs are somewhat squishy (especially with constant use of final cut) and generally the only way around this is their amazing alacrity and avoidance. With mirror target, you get a big boost to DEF and passive dodge, which is amazing.
Keep in mind this is only a temporary build because once chaos comes out, it will change almost entirely in 4th job.
