TL;DW version
Little kid is recent from oral surgery and is high off of drugs or something. He sees double, doesn't feel well, and does typical kid things. He screams in the middle of the clip and says he doesn't feel tired. He tries to touch the stitches in his mouth a few times, only for the daddy to sternly tell him not to do so. (individual events may not necessarily be in order)
I expect the host to at least tell us wtp this means after all is said and done.
