Obviously, immortality would give those religions which include an afterlife and/or reincarnation a headache.
While they depict the afterlife as something wonderful (for the righteous, anyway), they do require that one do whatever one can to delay that afterlife as much as possible (barring dying for a worthy cause, i.e. martyrdom).
If it becomes possible to delay it indefinitely... they'll have a problem. However, I'm not worried. Religious leaders will have answers for their followers, whether from God or from their own minds. They always have answers.
