Known Issue: Game Start Delay

We have read many concerns regarding a long delay in game start after our maintenance. At this time we are trying to reproduce the delay so we can identify a resolution. In the meantime, please provide us with the following information:

1. What resolution does the game run in?

2. When does the delay occur? After Hackshield starts up or before.

3. How long after the game window appears (minutes), if it appears, and how long does it take for it to load the Wizet/Nexon screen?

Please explain in detail what is happening when you try to start the game and any methods you have tried in order to fix it. We will update you with our findings as often as we can. Thank you.

i have experienced it on my laptop, maple takes 2 up to 5min to start, not on my desktop tho.
