Which one is better? Int or M.atk?

So atm Im 15% Int and uh 202m.atk total(counting all equips blessing/mastery and staff). Gaining more %Int atm would be better then trying to get more M.atk correct?

10 MoN(making into a HTpend once Im 120 Friday)

Im not completely finished Cubing most of my gear but ATM Im mainly trying to get some good m.atk shoes that are 3lined and cubing on and off each week to finish up my equips.
