Looking at it again, it does look like a bat top. Didn't know the tops were that shiny. I thought they were more matteish.
There are keyboard>Xbox converters, but I think those are more for FPS games, so I have no idea how they'll work with fighters. You could always make something like what's in this thread though http://shoryuken.com/f177/keyboard-arcade-stick-235720/
