@unleashing, rageblade gives good stats for teemo, but he has no way to keep it stacked and taking that into consideration, i dont think its the best for him. spamming his movequick inbetween attacking minion waves might work though...

last whisper is going to be pretty much wasted, you have barely any ad from items, you auto attacks wont be doing enough to make use of the arpen. wasted gold and item slot for this build imo.
rabadons is a good item for ap teemo, but on hybrid teemo its something you would be getting late game if at all.
serker greaves-perfect if merc treads are not needed.
RoA-could work, more on this later
frozen mallet'- PERFECT!! health, slow, and some ad. Perfect, perfect perfect.
bloodrazor' other perfect item for hybrid teemo. get it, be happy with it, make the other team hate you.
abyssal, could work, same as rabadons, late game if ever.
phantom dancer- i wouldnt get it. crit is going to be wasted and you end up paying a ton for attack speed and movement. better items for this slot.
I think your idea of hybrid builds is off. hybrid doesnt mean getting half ad items half ap items, its about getting rageblade/gunblade on a character that scales with both ad and ap outside of auto attacks. think kayle, nidalee, kat. those are characters that go ap/ad hybrid.
As far as hybrid teemo, its hybrid ap/attack speed. sample item build would be something like bloodrazor, frozen mallet, malady, merc/serker/sorc for shoes. From there you can either go tanky(banshees is a good start) or you can go ap(death cap, abyssal)
