If there were, a Pally has no business being there.
There are a few fully resistant bosses, but Blast is better in 1v1.
I'm pretty sure Lord Pirate and Alishar are completely elementally resistant.
Anyway, there is no difference in doing magical or physical damage to monsters. They all have the same ammount of PDR as MDR so you might as well abolish the difference between the two.
