Although, since I'm an old customer of theirs, the traffic shaping does not seem to affect me. Either way, I'd think that with Hotspot Shield I'd be able to bypass whatever the hell my ISP is doing in order to make Maple work. Oh, and I started DCing even if idling also.

All I can say is that we have a highly developed country (ISP) cost for a very underdeveloped country service. That's brazil, in a nutshell. Tongue
