It is worth to take note of how every fast staff except Evil Wings (lvl 65) and Bain Wings (lvl 58) is made outside of KMS. They do not even have normal speed staves past the lvl 64 Maple Wisdom Staff. Clearly they did not intend BaMs to be lightning speed fast without yellow aura, and in KMS, they are not.
