Not a bad guide. I learned a few things myself (although my CPQ days are long over).
My chief complaint is the quality of the pictures. Get the best quality pictures if you can. Some of the smaller stuff which I would say are wrong come various little nit picks and stuff, such as Power Guard being a party skill. Seriously, you have a picture of a fighter, and you think Power Guard is a party skill? Also, a Page's BW is the same as an Axe in all respects except looks and styles. A Page's Threaten skill at max level reduces monster wDef and wAtk by 20 points.
Keep in mind that what I'm going to say next is only good since a few patches ago. Beyond that, I don't know if it changed or not.
You should probably include in the monster stats that all the monsters are resistant to lightning. Robos are resistant to fire and ice as well. You mention this stuff in the mages sections (topic 4: Job Descriptions) but I think it would be nice to cover this in the monster descriptions as well.
