Those would be from the Angelic Rings made from Jewelry. And they have omgstats, so you'll probably want to wear them and have to tolerate its special effect.
Also, Spadow did say that MapleStory is fully compatible with Vista/Win7 now as of a few KMS patches ago. I see no further reason to argue about XP now.
