ah well that explains your confusion.
but yeah just about every champion has a move that scales with ap, and surprisingly enough, most champs who are normally not build ap, have moves that scale well with ap. Alistar, master yi, tristana, amumu, sivir, trynd, etc all have a move or two with high scaling. off the top of my head only garen and olaf dont have an ap scaling move.
