The whole page is a Flash video made to look like a regular Youtube page. The comments aren't actual text, they're just parts of the flash video.
Noticed a few other things - you can drag around some of the items, and since all of the items are just objects with physics scripted to shake at certain points, you can play with it and knock whatever you want around by pausing and playing the movie at certain points. Pretty cool stuff.
