For anime, my two favorites out of everything I've watched so far would have to be Mushishi and Aria.
My favorite cartoon would have to go to the Simpsons. It's one of the first cartoons I remember seeing as a kid and just watching how the show has continued on all these years, adapted with the times, and still remained a great source of entertainment and laughs has been amazing.
