Soul Driver seems to be best suited for Paladins since it can get up to 545% damage per hit with holy+lighting, in the oblivion maps it'll be doing 496.875% damage per hit + freezing, and at Qualms it can deal 534.375% damage per hit. On a side note, it can get all the way up to 560.625% damage per hit against Anego, but it'd be kind of a waste to use against her since blast would be faster.
It seems Nexon did all that balancing just to screw with us by dangling it in our faces and then throwing it out the window...
