Imagine this; a shooter enters the school, prepared to shoot as much kids as he can. Let's call him kid A. After a while (due to this law) some other kid stands up. Let's call him kid B. Kid B shoots kid A. How can you ensure that the other people don't think kid B is the actual killer of the masses?
Someone in panic won't do his best to recognize someone when he has a chance to get shot, and when a message gets around someone is shooting people you won't even know who is the victim and who is the shooter.
I'm interested to hear any arguments for this law, since I couldn't get to good ones myself. (I'm heavily against gun ownership, as you can see. But I want to be able to see both sides.)
