Your supposed to...
1) Get a tux, dress up like James Bond
2) Get a briefcase
3) Get a sniper that can collapse and rebuilt, make sure it has a silencer.
4) Hitch a ride to the Music Awards
5) Climb up the Fire shaft on the side of the nearest apartment/building nearest to the award location.
6) As Bieber gets out of the car....

7) Pack up the sniper
8) Walk down the fire escape ladder
9) Get down onto the street, look at your watch for 5 seconds every 2 minutes, call for a taxi and gtfo of there.
10) Mission Success, you earn 1 exp, 1 ap, 100gp
