How have you changed since you joined Southperry?
#24
Summer 2008, eh? I just barely graduated highschool back then, but boy was I naïve. My world back then was still pink and jello, having been an Asian boy whose sole concern was going to school (and extra classes at night). My mom is a miracle if there is one in this world, she took care of everything and that spoilt me beyond sympathy, though I am entirely at fault for my own things. I learned of love and, ironically, it took the roses and rainbows away from my world. My viewpoints on life strayed as well towards the rather disbelieving side. That is not all negative though, being a pessimist, you develop an appreciation for the nice little things you didn't notice before.

Southperry has done a great deal for me. Needless to mention the technical help and inspiration I got from the more savvy guys, I also greatly appreciate a place to practice my second language as well as exchanging ideas rather fruitfully (unless I was just being a jerkass all the time in arguments, I tend to feel I always get something out of it). I GUESS this should be what friends would feel like, as I have no friends even up to this day; but I'm not sure, since I barely know any of you guys.
