My back is aching me

I usually just flex my shoulders backwards and my back just cracks, feels great. Though I wouldn't really recommend doing, meh. I just flex my body if certain areas aches. You could also go get someone to walk on your back. I've had times where I told my brother to walk on my back, I'm strong enough to handle it as long as he doesn't jump on my back.

I don't know how to describe this either, but there's a "lockhold" where I hold someone up, and they can't move. I just push them up, and their back cracks. It's great for relieving backpains. Sorry for not being able to describe it.

I used to walk on my father and mother's backs when I was younger. Sadly, nobody in the house aside from my dog is light enough to walk on me without hurting me.
