Can you find a Notebook without the quest being activated?

Heh, answered my own question:

Finally found a notebook on NoJobNoRules! Also proof that it drops whether you have the quest in progress or not (beginners can't complete the quest...Nexon is hatin, man D: )

I had to drop my 100 or so orange mushie caps to loot, in case you were wondering why they were there. :X

Yay me! *Yea yea, its 10 days old but this subforum is do dead..bleh <_<* I think, at MOST, I've spent somewhere in the 3-8 hour range hunting for this during various times. :X
