Well, just checked, looks like there's only one ring that has slots now, and it's level 30. I'll do a more thorough check later, also, if that spoiler was for me, I have no idea what you're trying to point out, sorry
And, disassembled a level 50 shoe earlier, 2 70-90 crystals.
Yep, just one slotted ring:
1 Level 30 Ring (All Stats +2)
4 LUK Crystal
2 Super Abrasive Varnish
8 Advanced Item Crystal (130+)
4 Lidium
4 Wisdom Crystal
It has two slots.
