This is purely speculation, but I would assume it tastes like any other part of your body -- skin? Unless, of course, you mean ejaculate. In which case, I can't begin to nor do I want to try to fathom what it may be like.

Well, if it was right after a shower, I'd guess. Both genitals are fairly different from skin on your finger due to various other factors.

And ejaculate would taste different depending on diet, but there would be a general taste that they share regardless simply because of what it's made of.
