Hmm, I'm not sure. I'll try spamming Arrow Bomb on Death Teddies without SE tomorrow. It should be a 20% KB rate, according to your theory.

Yeah, you could be right about not noticing, since I haven't had a non-maxed Bomb since level 4x.
