Shadowers Misrepresented on DPM Charts

Since Meso Explosion is a third job skill, wouldn't the damage be calculated as 180% * 1.25 + 60%? Since Greed is a buff and not an attack, and since it's 4th job, it wouldn't be affected by Boomerang Step. That's what I'm guessing. Am I right, or am I missing more details?

I'll get that 1.25 multiplier back into the equation, then, for Shadow Partner.

Greed is 1.6x not +60%.

30% boss damage doesn't ignore PDR.
