I like this patch overall. I cannot wait to play me some machine gun ryze cause he sure will be strong as hell with his passives on q and w. 10% and 5% of your max mana in bonus damage respectively is going to go great with the low cooldowns+ passive making his c/d's lower each cast.
Boomerang blade got changed to do more base damage but only scale off of bonus AD similar to caitlyn's PP (Q).
I presume the AP scaling on it has not been changed so it may be better to go AP+Bloodrazor on her now.
I read in the forums today that a red has done changes to caitlyn and they will be going live on the patch after this one! YAY!!
Hopefully it means that she'll be more viable so I didn't waste 6300 on her.
