Mircosoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!

This error appeared a ton when vista first came out. Various people were able to avoid that error by running maplestory as an administrator. So give that a shot. But as has been stated before, that's a pretty general error so it really can be anything.

I already have the run as administrator box checked because I'm on W7 now but as stated before I was getting the same error back on WXP where there is no option to do that.
