Heimerdingers tend to be difficult to kill because of their turrets. That's what annoys me the most about them =/

It's basically like so:

Most surrender votes result in no surrender if you have 3 for and 2 against.
How it works now, if the first 3 vote yes, and maybe one no, if any of them leave the game the surrender vote will end the game no matter what the fourth guy votes,

Example:
First guy says yes, second guy says yes, third guy says no, fourth guy says yes, fifth guy says no
*no one leaves*
Surrender does not go through

Example 2:
First guy says yes, second guy says yes, third guy says no, fourth guy says yes
*before fifth guy says no, someone leaves*
Surrender does go through
