The slimestick was an exclusive 2nd Anniversary item for Msea if you went to their party event (in real life). So I'm guessing the set should also be the same for GMS when all the parts are released.

O, lulz, i Know what the effect is, it has a big thing over your head that says "2 cool 2 be true" or something like that. Now for the celestial staff.. It has to do with that cloud monkey tho, id guess..
