Wow how did I miss this thread before? o_____________________________O
I can't believe I just found yet ANOTHER person with crohn's. I smoke to help cope with
the pain and it helps me to eat even when my stomach says "uh-uh". As far as alcohol
goes I just flat out quit drinking a year after I found out about having crohn's (almost a decade ago).
It isn't worth drinking only to have your stomach bleeding the next day every single time.
Acid is a try once type of thing just so you can say you've done it, I had mixed experiences the
time that I tried it. Half good and half really really bad (I took a double hit).
Shrooms are a godsend when you can actually hold them down. My wife and I used to trip all the
time on shrooms we'd get from Iowa city where they are rampantly available, not so much anymore
since we've grown up quite a bit over the years.
I'm psychologically addicted to smoking sure, definately not physically addicted since that doesn't exist with marijuana.
When I was a bit younger I had to stop smoking for a couple months for personal reasons and the only issue I had was
being cranky for like a week. You almost have to smoke if you have crohn's or you will starve, at least from my own
personal experiences from having it since I was 16.
