Because that's just redundancy. If you don't know what it means, then its up to you to decide if its worth it or not for you to look up. I can't say there are many people that frequent the funhouse that I don't think would know what tsundere means.
Honestly, the percentage of people that know what the word means and frequents this section is well above 60%
Unless you get a headcount of how many people understand what the word means, you can't state a percentage of people who know what it means.
Hell... Even talking to Japanese people, frequenting Japanese websites and even being around a lot of animu freaks, the first time I had ever seen or heard the term was when you said it some months back. I didn't even learn what it meant until about a month ago when I finally decided to look it up. I thought it was some kind of weird animu term that you guys were using, since you guys only used it when posting animu pictures (not like you do that with only animu situations, though).
