I've been an archer since sometime in 2006. I think it took me 2 years to make ranger, and another year to make BM IIRC.
Despite what people say about us, I would not trade my bowmaster for anything.
Other than an Aran and an Evan for their rewards for leveling up, and a very brief fling with a 'slinger, all my characters have been archers of some sort ( bowmaster, sniper, another bowman for the crit ring because i felt comfortable playing it, a wind archer for a Cygnus, and yes, even a wild hunter.)
I still believe if you think out of the box of "spam hurricane" archers have a great amount of strategy that can be employed.
Maybe in another 5 years i will get the last 15.5 levels to get to 200.
Good luck on that! It's always nice to see dedicated archers like that.

Actually that's not true. Hurricane still fires but nothing else works. You can still shoot Hurricane arrows but FA won't work and you can't use any other skill (Inferno, etc) unless you move.

A lot of these "tips" are silly and random (in a good way... Moltres FTW) and made my morning, haha. The "Bossmaster" thing... a friend gave me a different name; Blowmaster. wtp. ;-;

So, question. I've got a "perfectly" scrolled Engaw (quotes because of 50%s); 156 ATT, +12 ATT Potential, 2 lines (rare). Would it be worth it to try for a better bow (VIP Bow or whatever bow comes out that would outshine it) or am I good with what I have now, because I really can't say it's bad in any way (it really isn't; I'm too afraid to lose it to enhancements).
I have 10 50%s on me that I was originally saving for my WH's crossbow and I was wondering if I'm better off investing in a better bow with those. The 2 lines and partly the fact that a friend of mine's surpassing it with her own Engaw + 50%s kinda bother me too.
/admitting to jealousy lolOf course, I wouldn't bother with that for a long time since I'm trying to upgrade my armour first. :x
