Will is being perfectly rational. The goal is to improve your character and get better. If I poured a bunch of time into training/gearing my guy and they didn't improve at all, I'd stop playing. No one wants to watch their character stagnate. Improve what you can when you can.
Old Warriors with old builds shouldn't have to argue with anyone. You have DEX because you needed DEX. Thats understandable, you shouldn't be hounded for it. Spending a bunch of cash on AP resets isn't worth it, especially when that meso could buy you gear that'll do more for you.
