Sorry i can't call Reseting from 80 base dex to 4 base dex efficient. Reseting to 23 should have been enough, no reason to go to extremes when you are gonna end up with those point anyway. Yes i won't call it Damage hoarding but Its not pineappleing efficient either.
Also if spending what? $ worth of 76 Ap reset, for getting good damage to flaunt to other people then i don't know what it is.
Also 2: No matter how strong you are when you 1hit everyshit in your way but still want to get more strengh for "Training" then its highly ineficient unless you are bossing.
