Okay listen, you're not understanding what "Damage Hoar" is.
"Damage Hoar" is going beyond reducing your secondary stats (if possible) to 4 and maximizing your primary stat. Damage hoars want to get perfectly scrolled weapons/equips, aim for perfect potential equips (3 lines/good unique stats), and spend a LOT of time and NX (money) to do whatever they can to show that they're better than others (think e-penor flaunting). They are never satisfied until they get everything perfect. And possibly go do something to satisfy their "beastliness". (Ex: Ksing someone's boss to show that they can kill much faster than 187916212 people that are higher than him in levels)
Plus, leaving your secondary status at a minimum gives a benefit: killing monsters faster. That's not damage hoaring. That's just being efficient. Plus nowadays, its quite easy to get your needed secondary stats through equips (exception is expensive, high-stats items such as CZak Helm and CHTP)
Your statement implies that keeping secondary stats to the lowest possible = damage hoar by default. Good luck calling 8272387023702 people damage hoars (you can include me if you want, but I'm simply a casual player improving whenever I can, being satisfied with what I have - even if I don't have good equips - and being thankful for it). I wonder if people are going to take you seriously, lol
