Maple Chaos and the New Rings

What is the recipe to make the level 110 tradeable +main stat rings? I'm assuming you get the recipe from mob drops.

I'm not very sure on what you need to create the ring. But yes, the recipes drop from monsters, and usually have a one time use only. So if you've used that recipe, you'd have to hunt for another one again.

This seems like the best place for my question. Do these new rings and the rings from the 'Level 40 Times' event stack with our current rings?

I'm pretty sure they do stack. But needs confirmation on this. I don't have the level 40 times ring...
