How was this skanda scrolled?

I was definitely thinking of world transfers. Seems it's the same glitch as with hammers. Silly nexon, do they ever learn.

Is this solely this SC or has this been happening every SC. I find it hard to believe no one with potential ed items has world xfered yet.

EDIT: I love how Hime shuts down the thread starter about a very serious glitch lol.
