How was this skanda scrolled?

It's only +6, and yet it's 91 attack. I assumed chaos scrolls, but that's a maximum of 5 attack, and it obviously won't add HP/MP if it's not already there. And skanda's don't go above 37 base. Honestly, if the item had stars/enhancements it would fit, especially with the dex and hp/mp but it seems to have been wiped clean somehow? Thoughts? Explanations? |
