I have read all the rules and saw nothing about being only able to participate if you're a US resident. :o
If there's something i missed, then it won't work for me. I'm not in US/Canada.
There's no logic on only accepting suggestions from Canadians or Americans, seriously, if the prize was at least something for RL, like other events where they must deliver things, but the prizes are only Maple Points and things that can be completely done through the internet.
Hoping for it not being restrict, otherwise, my ideas for the in-game areas and other things are more useless than i tought they were.

Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local and municipal laws and regulations."
