What is this CS item?

I wonder what's going to happen with these scrolls? My money's on <5% of maple will get extremely strong. And they were already strong enough.

I think that is the worryng part and not the random hene hoes, etc.
This is just another item to further the gap between those who can spend nx (by any means obtained) and those who don't/can't.

The ones you mentioned who do cube to 108% or higher are mostly the ones who did add a new +9 weapon to their arsenal are also gonna be the ones who get 8 stars on said weapon. Obviously not in all cases but spenders are spenders. Will it be game-breaking? No, but it's another straw added to the camels back imo.
