Oh it's TOTALLY being affected by robot mastery and it's multiplicative
additive doesn't exceed 19k so that can't be it if you saw a 21k.
mutiplicative safety:
9048*1.6*1.02*1.5= 22149 max possible;
additive safety:
9048*1.62*1.5= 21986
if you dont multiply by the 1.5 you can't possibly get anywhere near that. Once you max safety then I can check if safety is multiplicative or additive (I assumed multiplicative). At this point it can be either one really.
