That's what i do for jungling, i pop an invis ward at the blue spawn and if she tries to gank me i have mid and top/bottom ready to help me out since they stand there till creeps spawn. Gotten firstblood like that a ton of times.
Y'know... I try to imagine how this goes down, and such a scenario seems rather unlikely. Especially since mid is more likely to help.
Then again you play the EU servers. I don't know how bad the Eves are there (apparently).
