So runes... When should you start concentrating on making up pages and rune sets?
Im currently level 17 and i just have 1 rune page that has the free ones you get given through level ups and about 3 yellow red and blue mana regen ones. Do you need to like, buy pages and runes and dedicate 1 page to each diff champ type you are good at, or are their runes you can use for a diverse amount of champs?
