3. Huh? I don't quite understand this question. Each class get their corresponding Cygnus class' skill. Warriors get Soul Driver, Pirates get Sharks etc. If you mean by individual jobs (like Hero, Paladin, Dark Knight), then no, the skill doesn't change.
4. No idea on this one.
