Recently got a new runepage, so I could try out a movement speed spec. Other than the quints of course, it ended up being identical to my Tank page >_> So I tried it on Irelia (1/21/8), and the results were pretty cool. For most of the game their jungle Udyr couldn't catch me without summoner spells. I'm not even sure he could late game, but too much crap was happening. However, there were a few moments as well where the flat HP quints would have made a difference. And surprisingly, none were during laning phase.
