The 100% GM 1h sword scroll thing isn't applicable because while it costs pretty much the same to white scroll a 1h sword as it does to white scroll a claw, claws are more frequently white scrolled, so the theoretical 100% GM claw scroll would be worth some more than 10 white scrolls. A 100% GM 1h sword scroll won't reach the price of 10 white scrolls. That's like comparing a 100% GM crossbow scroll or a 100% GM 1h sword scroll.
