I like most of them, I even have them on my iPod. 
My absolute favorite when I first started the game was the L Forest Music, because it was so calming. Now I really like everything from the Time Temple, Kaede Castle, Leafre, and The Path of Time. It seems like the high level places all have extremely beautiful music.
I also really like the Happyville music; it's really calming and makes me feel nostalgic about last year's Christmas event.
