1 and 2 is the same for all classes (kinda, thieves need more dex etc). And 3 and 4 are tweaked to make all classes balanced, for example mages have a low multiplier, so they have high skill %. Etc.

Potentials only add to 1 and 2 who are used by all classes equally, so they are just. Imagine +100% skill dmg for BM's: LOL

Actually 2 is not the same for all classes.
You know, the old "claws have less att than swords or bows, which is why apples do a lot more for NLs than they do for Heros or BMs".

(Also, for 1, Knights of Cygnus have more main-stat than other classes at the same level, but since they can't go beyond level 120 that's just me being nitpicky).

4 is not relevant for the question of damage range displayed in char stats, although of course it's relevant for actual damage dealt.
