Update: New problem...
After getting the PC home, the customer brought it back saying it crashed upon start up and would BSoD each reboot or freeze at log-in.
Worked fine when I had it...
I'm going to recheck the Power Supply and see if it might have any problems. It was labeled high enough for the GeForce 5200, and everything else. I just hoping it's not a motherboard issue. I've had countless issues with VIA chipsets and the crappiness they represent and this unit has one of those.
